Installation Instructions:

• Substrate Preparation: Ensure absorbent and chalky substrates are pre-treated with a GK5 primer.
• Installation: Overlap sheets to achieve the best shielding result. Smooth and sand the overlaps for a seamless application.
• Surface Contact: Ensure all direct contact materials have a neutral pH value of pH 4-9 to avoid damage.
• Bonding: Apply the aluminum side towards the room for optimal performance. Use YSHIELD® PSA – Pressure Sensitive Adhesive for bonding, or use conductive or non-conductive tape depending on your setup.
• The aluminum side must be grounded. Use GSX50 grounding strips on the silver side for effective grounding.
