The TE3000 RF Vector Impedance Analyzer is a versatile RF measurement tool suitable for professionals, educators, and beginners alike. Its user-friendly interface ensures easy and intuitive operation without the need for user calibration. You can take measurements at the probe tip or calibrate it to the end of a coaxial cable or optional tweezer attachment.
Designed for high-accuracy impedance measurement, the TE3000 RF Vector Impedance Analyzer offers an extended frequency range, improved resolution, and faster data rates compared to its predecessor, the TE1000 (discontinued). Its oscilloscope-style probe construction and user-variable output signal make it perfect for in-circuit impedance characterization of small signal devices, eliminating the risk of damage to the device under test (DUT) that can occur with a traditional VNA.
The unit comes with an N-type adapter for direct connection to an N-type female connector for standard network analysis. It is factory calibrated to the probe tip and performs self-checking on startup, ensuring immediate usability without recalibration until the recommended interval has passed.
With the TE3000 RF Vector Impedance Analyzer software, you can benefit from a powerful suite of analysis tools and charts, accessible through a simple USB interface. Features include Smith charts, multi-series plotting, difference plotting, curve smoothing, velocity factor, electrical length, characteristic impedance, and time domain reflectometry. You can save and retrieve results or open them in Excel for further analysis.
