This laminated wallpaper features a micro-needled aluminum foil on one side, offering an impressive attenuation of 100 dB. Its thin, surface-stable design makes it versatile for various indoor applications. The wallpaper is available in a 70 cm width and can be easily bonded using YSHIELD® PSA – Pressure Sensitive Adhesive or a suitable conductive or non-conductive tape depending on your setup. Installation Instructions:

• Substrate Preparation: Ensure absorbent and chalky substrates are pre-treated with a GK5 primer.
• Bonding: Apply the aluminum side towards the room for optimal performance. Use YSHIELD® PSA – Pressure Sensitive Adhesive for bonding, or use conductive or non-conductive tape depending on your setup.
• Application: Overlap sheets for best shielding results and use PSA adhesive for overlaps. Smooth and sand with a fine spatula for a crease-free finish. Ensure that all direct contact materials have a neutral pH value (pH 4-9) during processing.

Grounding:

The YSHIELD® SAFEBUILD® K150 Shielding Wallpaper must be integrated into the functional equipotential bonding (FEB). Ensure proper grounding by connecting the wallpaper to a grounding system to maintain its effectiveness.
