During storage, even for brief periods, the denser protective particles and pigments tend to settle at the bottom. It is crucial to thoroughly remix them with the liquid before applying the paint for optimal protection.
This phenomenon, while not uncommon for typical dispersion and wall paints, significantly matters when it comes to shielding paints. The quality of protection it provides hinges on the efficiency of this mixing process. The CPC-AF42 Paint Stirrer has been meticulously crafted to ensure a seamless and thorough remixing of shielding paint components, guaranteeing an even and consistent blend.
Attach the CPC-AF42 Paint Stirrer to your drill or cordless screwdriver, and stir the shielding paint directly within its original container. For our 1-liter container, we recommend stirring for 1-2 minutes, while the 5-liter container benefits from 3-5 minutes of stirring. During the process, move the stirrer up and down in a circular motion. Once thoroughly mixed, apply the shielding paint immediately. If it sits for an extended period (several hours) or is intended for future use, a brief restirring is advisable.
