Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges are no longer available.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Certain products are non-returnable, including custom orders, special-order items, and items made to customer specifications, and products purchased at a discounted price (including promotional, clearance, or sale items).
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Special order and made-to-order products
- Products purchased at a discounted price, including promotional, clearance, or sale items (final sale)
- Products unsealed after delivery for health and safety reasons
- Goods inseparably mixed with other items post-delivery
- Orders shipped outside of the continental United States (not eligible for returns or exchanges)
Return Process
To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Contact us at onesource@lbagroup.com to obtain return authorization before sending the product back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Costs
In-stock goods returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Upon request, we can provide a return shipping label; the cost of the label, plus the restocking fee, will be deducted from the refund.
The following charges are non-refundable:
- Original shipping charges
- Expedited shipping fees
- Handling fees
- Calibration service fees
- Duties, tariffs, customs fees, and brokerage charges
Special Orders and Made-to-Order Items
All special-order and made-to-order products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.
Refunds
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
LBA One Source reserves the right to reduce or deny a refund if the returned product shows signs of:
- Use or damage
- Missing components
- Missing packaging
If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days, and the original payment method will be credited.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank and credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, contact us at onesource@lbagroup.com.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for items that are defective or damaged. For exchange requests, please email onesource@lbagroup.com.
Refused Shipments
If an order is refused at delivery or returned due to unpaid customs duties or incorrect customer information, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, carrier fees, and applicable restocking fees.
Orders Outside of Continental U.S.
Orders shipped outside of the continental United States are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
International orders may be subject to import duties, tariffs, customs brokerage fees, and local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable by LBA One Source.

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be provided via return authorization email.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
