Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges are no longer available.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Certain products are non-returnable, including custom orders, special-order items, and items made to customer specifications.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Special order and made-to-order products
  • Products unsealed after delivery for health and safety reasons
  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items post-delivery
  • Orders shipped outside of the continental United States (not eligible for returns or exchanges)

Return Process

To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Contact us at onesource@lbagroup.com to obtain return authorization before sending the product back.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Costs

In-stock goods returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Upon request, we can provide a return shipping label; the cost of the label, plus the restocking fee, will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Special Orders and Made-to-Order Items

All special-order and made-to-order products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days, and the original payment method will be credited.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank and credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, contact us at onesource@lbagroup.com.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for items that are defective or damaged. For exchange requests, please email onesource@lbagroup.com.

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be provided via return authorization email.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

Orders Outside of Continental U.S.

Orders shipped outside of the continental United States are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
