YSHIELD® HSF54 Shielding Paint is engineered for professional-grade shielding performance in high-demand commercial, industrial, and technical environments. Manufactured in Germany and certified by TÜV SÜD, HSF 54 RF shielding coating meets stringent standards for low emissions, pollutant safety, and quality-controlled production. Its water-based, solvent-free formula contains only 177 mg/kg of total VOCs, significantly below the safety limit—supporting cleaner indoor air and safe use in operational or occupied areas.
Formulated from a blend of natural graphite and low-emission carbon black, HSF54 creates a dense, durable, and finely blended conductive surface that offers consistent shielding performance, even over challenging substrates. The paint is suited for both interior and exterior applications, ensuring flexibility for use across multiple sectors and structural environments.

YSHIELD® HSF54 delivers exceptional adhesion and can be top-coated with compatible paints including water-based emulsions, dispersion silicates, and silicon resin-based exterior coatings. Its smooth finish and stable surface make it an excellent base for commercial wall systems or architectural detailing.
For enhanced durability and improved conductivity—especially in high-vibration or critical grounding applications—add YSHIELD® AF3 Fiber Additive, which incorporates long conductive carbon fibers for reinforcement (recommended for brush and roller application).
