Calibration Lead Time:
Our current turnaround time for calibration recertification services is approximately 3-5 Business Days, plus shipping time. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to plan accordingly.

Most manufacturers recommend a functional RF Safety Monitor Calibration Recertification or recertification every two years. This is computed from the date of first use (customer delivery) or from the date of the calibration certificate included in the original purchase if delivery records do not exist.

At LBA, we have a dedicated lab facility for testing SafeOne®, fieldSENSE, and MVG monitors. Our monitor tests are supervised by iNARTE-certified EMC engineers.

Please note, customers are responsible for shipping monitors to our Lab Facility. Following recalibration, LBA One Source will ship your device(s) back free of charge. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.

Product Description

What is included in an LBA RF Safety Monitor Calibration Recertification?

Ensure your RF safety monitor performs at its best with LBA’s professional Calibration Recertification service. Our experienced technicians begin with a thorough physical inspection of each submitted device. If found in good condition, we replace the batteries and conduct a complete function test to confirm proper operation.

The monitor is then exposed to controlled RF fields to verify measurement accuracy in accordance with industry standards. Upon successful completion of the recertification process, the device is labeled with a new calibration date sticker, and a detailed test report outlining pass/fail results is provided.

If a monitor fails testing or shows signs of end-of-life, we promptly notify the customer with available next steps. For safety reasons, failed monitors should not be returned to service and must be properly decommissioned to prevent accidental use.

To support your safety program, LBA offers a $75 credit toward the purchase of a new RF safety monitor when a submitted unit cannot be recertified. This rebate is available through LBA One Source and is our way of supporting your continued safety compliance while providing value for your investment.

We’re committed to helping you maintain compliance and confidence in your RF safety program.
